ABOUT PINNY

Pinny has supported individuals, couples and families as a psychotherapist for over 10 years. Prior to opening his dual-office private practice in NYC and Long Island, he worked at Ohel Regional Family Center, offering outpatient mental health services as a clinical social worker. Pinny’s work is informed by his own experiences as a mentor and musician, which inspire his relational orientation and integration of creative modalities. He holds an MSW from the Wurzweiler School at Yeshiva University and has received advanced training from the Beck Institute for Cognitive Therapy in Philadelphia. In addition to his clinical work, Pinny offers workshops in self-care to parents, community groups and school leaders.
